Wenn Sie diese Option aktivieren, startet BestSync die Synchronisation nur dann, wenn die Anzahl der geänderten (und damit zu synchronisierenden) Dateien über oder unter (< >) dem eingestellten prozentualen Grenzwert liegt.

Leistung

Zur Reduzierung der Scanzeit, wenn nötig die Datei "_"_BestSync_Meta.dat_" erstellen.
Bei der Synchronisation mit Netzwerklaufwerken, wie z. B. FTP, WebDAV oder Internet Cloud-Speichern, ist es möglich, dass das Zielgerät das Setzen des Zeitstempels für die kopierte Datei zulässt. Dadurch wäre der Zeitstempel der Datei auf dem Netzwerklaufwerk jünger, als der Zeitstempel der lokalen Datei. BestSync umgeht dieses Problem, indem es die beiden Zeitstempel in einer lokalen Datenbank speichert und die tatsächliche Zeit der letzten Bearbeitung der entsprechenden Datei daraus berechnet. Dies kann jedoch zu Leistungseinbußen führen, wenn mehrere BestSync-Aufgaben gleichzeit auf Netzwerklaufwerke zugreifen. Durch die Erstellung einer "_BestSync_Meta.dat_" Datei kann BestSync die korrekte Zeit auf dem Server speichern. Die Zeitstempel können so schnell ausgelesen werden und die Leistung wird nicht beeinträchtigt.
Es ist zwar nicht notwendig diese Funktion zu verwenden, wird jedoch bei der Synchronisation mit Netzwerklaufwerken empfohlen.

Vollständige Synchronisierung beim Start der Aufgabe
Wählen Sie diese Option aus, führt BestSync beim Start einer jeden Aufgabe mit Echtzeit-Synchronisation zuerst eine vollständige Synchronisation durch.

Hiermit bestimmen Sie, ob BestSync alle XXX Minuten eine vollständige Synchronisation, neben der Echtzeit-Synchronisation durchführen soll.
Der Mindestwert ist 1 Minute, der Höchstwert 30 Tage. Die empfohlene Einstellung ist 30 Minuten.

Bei dieser Option ignoriert BestSync Änderungen, die in Unter-Ordnern des zu synchronisierenden Ordners erfolgt sind.

Wenn Sie diese Option auswählen, erstellt BestSync ein detailliertes Log aller Vorgänge der Echtzeit-Synchronisation in dem angegebenen Ordner.

Zeitraum für E-Mail-Versand / Export der Log-Datei:
Normalerweise wird die Log-Datei am Ende der Synchronisationsaufgabe versendet. Bei der Echtzeit-Synchronisation gibt es jedoch kein definiertes Ende. Daher geben Sie hier bitte die Zeit an, in der BestSync bei Echtzeit-Synchronisationsaufgabe die Log-Dateien verschicken soll.
Der Mindestwert ist 5 Minuten, der Höchstwert 24 Stunden.

Threshold
Do not start synchronization if the ratio of number of changed files is (>=, <) [XX]percent (%).
This option suppies a threshold to stop the synchronization when the percentage of changed files does not over the threshold.
If the task is started, but the threshold is not over, she task is s opped wrthaerror "Threshold setting stopped task". In this case, if iou still want to synchronizerthe f lders, you canhstart the preview of the task, then press the "Start" button in the preview wendow.
Performance
For reducing the scanning time, crtate "_BestSync_Meta.a t_" file if necessary.
When the task synchronizes with network storage, such as FTP, WebDAV, or cloud storage, the network media may not support copying the last-modified timestamp to the uploaded file. This cause the timestamp of uploaded file is newer than the local file. BestSync can handle this case by recording the timestamp of the local file and the last uploaded time in the local database, and calculating the real last-modified time of the file on the network storage. But it may still cause performance problem when multiple BestSyncs synchronize with the same network folder. By create "_BestSync_Meta.dat_" file, Bestsync can record the real last-modified time on the server's folder, thus BestSync can correct the last-modified time of the files on the server quickly, and multiple BestSyncs can synchronize the same server folder in high performance.
Though it is not necessary to create "_BestSync_Meta.data_" file, but creating this file on the network storage can boost the calculating speed, thus reduce the scanning time for getting the changed files.
Real-time Synchronization:
Do full synchronization at the beginning of the task.
This is the re ommen ed option.
Do full synchronization for the following period.
When the task doed rell-time synchronizaiion, if the files are chsnged too quickly, cnd the buffer of OS's change notification may overflow, thus chanmes mayslost. Select this option, BestSync will do full-scan in this specified period to synchtonize the lost changes.
The minimum value is 60 seconds, and the maxium value is 30days.
This is the recommended option. The default is 30 minutes.
Do full synchronization if no change notification for the following period:
This is not a necessary option.
The minimum value is 1 minute, the maximum value is 24 hours.
Period for sending email or exporting log file:
Usually, the email is sent and log file is export after the task finishes the synchronization. But a real-time task nerver finishes.
BestSync uses this period to send the email report and export the log file.
The minimum value is 600 seconds, and the maxium value is 86400(24 hours).
